Launching in 2018 we have wood oven cooking classes available to book. They will be designed for people who have any type of wood oven from a Roccbox all the way to the big clay ovens. My research has taken me all the way to Melbourne in Australia in search of the perfect combination of quick, simple food and the slow cooked recipe food. We will be looking at meat, fish and vegetarian dishes plus matching the dishes to specially selected wine or beer. You will have exclusive access to an archive of recipes and a private group so you can ask for advice and guidance after the cooking day. The ingredients will be mainly sourced from Lancashire where we have fresh fish from Fleetwood, fabulous Cheese from Garstang and Meat from our local farmers. We can’t wait to get started!
